A 9 yr old mid sized IT company wants to offer end to end IT solution to Hospitality segment. As a concept, this single window approach for Hospitality segment appears to be quite new in India and hence, they want to launch it as a brand to own the mindspace. It's B2B, quite a high ticket item (value runs in crore) and their TG would be hotels with 100+ rooms. In their 1st year of operation, they are planning to close 12 - 15 deals.
Given this backdrop, what, in your view, would be the right way to launch the brand ?
